Forgotten
Felines fosters out
young kittens until they are
ready to be adopted
Our Programs
- Forgotten Felines rescues homeless cats in the Connecticut towns of Guilford, Madison, Clinton, Killingworth, Westbrook, Old Saybrook, Essex, Ivoryton, Deep River and Chester.
- Every cat we rescue is spayed or neutered, vaccinated and tested for fatal, contagious feline diseases. Feral cats are released into managed colonies where they are fed and sheltered.
- Kittens too young to be adopted and adult cats who need more socialization are placed in foster care in volunteers’ homes.
- Through newspaper articles, newsletters and outreach to local schools, Forgotten Felines strives to educate the community about the importance of spaying and neutering and the cruelty of abandonment and abuse.
